I asked the documentation team to remove this page because it's out of date and it's not very useful because we don't know the current status of the translators.
The TRANSLATORS.html page has the most up to date contact informations.
I removed the i18nTeam reference from the tracker.

BTW: the latter pages seems vastly out-of-date, with a latest target
mentioned of "3.1.4".
I don't know how to add new versions to this Poi instance.
This bug tracker is not very active, 1 ticket per 2 years I'll say.
