Translation of plone into the Welsh language

Hi

My name is Matt Webster and I am part of a company called "Eryr
Limited". We have been working on a translation of plone into the Welsh
language. This project was started some time ago and we have a fairly
complete translation of 2.0.5

We intend to develop this translation for release and also develop a the
2.1 version

Ah! The long awaiting Welsh (aka cy-gb) translation! :-)

It was already four distant years since the first contact from someone
wanting to contribute with that language...
